The Prouty Ultimate, July 10th and 11th, 2009, is a 200 mile, two-day ride through New Hampshire’s beautiful countryside. Like the PanMass but a more challenging ride, smaller group, beautiful scenery. 1st Century is from Manchester to Hanover: lake shores, small towns, vistas and rolling terrain. 2nd Century is the Prouty Century Ride: rivers and farmland, gentle terrain, a jubilant celebration at the end. Proceeds benefit the Norris Cotton Cancer Center.

off of exit 9 northbound. We have been serving the cycling public
for over 25 years and this site is designed to inform you about
who we are, what we do, and the products and services we offer.

Bicycle Maintenance

In
this informative, hands on session, you will learn how to repair
a flat tire, reattach a derailed chain, properly use a quick
release, how to clean, lubricate and store your bicycle properly
as well as proper adjustment and service procedures.
