for over 25 years and this site is designed to inform you about

Bicycle Maintenance

In
this informative, hands on session, you will learn how to repair
a flat tire, reattach a derailed chain, properly use a quick
release, how to clean, lubricate and store your bicycle properly
as well as proper adjustment and service procedures.
